Catalog views
Table view vs. card view
The Inventory page offers two ways to browse:
- Table view — A spreadsheet-style list with sortable, resizable columns. Best for scanning large numbers of items.
- Card view — A visual grid showing each item's hero image, title, and key details.
Switch between views using the toggle buttons in the toolbar.
Customizing table columns
In table view, click the column settings button to choose which columns are visible — basic fields, pricing, dimensions, dates, category attributes, and more. Preferences are saved between sessions.
Customizing card appearance
In card view, click the card settings button to control what information appears on each card (price, condition, category, SKU, etc.).
Sorting
Both views support sorting. In table view, click a column header. In card view, use the sort dropdown. Common options: date added, title, price.
Pagination
Results are paginated when your catalog grows. Navigation controls appear at the bottom. Your preferred page size is remembered.
Filtering by status
The Inventory page defaults to showing Collection items. Use the status tabs at the top to switch between Collection, Sold, Wishlist, Archived, or All.
Sidebar shortcuts for specific statuses can be added from Settings → Interface for one-click access.
