Bulk Operations
Selecting Items
In the Inventory page, each item row (Table view) or card (Card view) has a checkbox. Click checkboxes to select individual items, or use Select All to select every item on the current page.
When items are selected, a bulk action toolbar appears, replacing the standard toolbar.

| Edit | Opens a dedicated bulk edit page where you can change fields across all selected items: category, classification, condition, location, description, notes, pricing, dimensions, and category attributes. |
| Delete | Permanently delete all selected items and their media. Requires confirmation. |
| Mark as Sold | Opens the Mark as Sold dialog with sale details applied to all selected items. |
| Move to status | Move selected items to Collection, Wishlist, or Archived. |
| Create PDF | Generate PDF documents for all selected items using a document template. |
Deletion is permanent — there is no undo for bulk delete.
