Marking an item as sold

How it works

When you sell an item, use the Mark as Sold action to record the sale and update the status in one step. This action is available on the item detail toolbar when the item's status is Collection.

Sale details

Clicking Mark as Sold opens a dialog where you can record:

Sold Date When the sale occurred (defaults to today).
Sale Method In Person or Online (radio buttons).
Sale Venue Where it was sold — shown for in-person sales.

Sale Fees Platform or venue fees.

For consignment items (Premium), the dialog includes a consignment section showing the consignor, commission rate, calculated payout, and your net earnings.

Fill in what you have and confirm. The item moves to Sold status.

After selling

Sold items:

  • Move to the Sold tab in your catalog.
  • Are excluded from your active Collection count on the Dashboard.
  • Feed into Sale Reports (Pro) for tracking revenue, margins, and performance.
  • Retain all original data (photos, description, category fields) for your records.

Undoing a sale

If you marked an item as sold by mistake, use the Return to Collection action on the item detail toolbar. Sale detail fields remain on the item for reference.
