Exporting your Data
How to export
From the Inventory page, click Export to open the export page. The export includes all items matching your current filters and status view.
You can also export specific items by selecting them first, then choosing Export from the bulk actions menu.
Export formats
Choose from three formats:
- Excel (.xlsx) — best for editing in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excel 97-2003 (.xls) — for older spreadsheet software compatibility.
- CSV (.csv) — universal format, best for importing into other systems.
Choosing columns
The export page lets you select which fields to include. Fields are grouped by section:
- Basic — title, SKU, classification, status, description, images
- Condition — condition, condition details, notes
- Location — location name, location details
- Pricing — purchase price, date purchased, location purchased, retail price, trade price, insurance value, appraisal date, appraiser
- Costs — restoration costs, other costs, cost details
- Dimensions — height, width, depth, diameter, weight, dimension details
- Sold — sold price, date, method, location, notes (appears only when sold items are in the export set)
- Category attributes — category-specific fields (appears when a category filter is active)
Title is always included and cannot be deselected. Use Select All or Clear All to quickly adjust your selection.
What's included
The export contains all items matching your current status tab, category filter, or manual selection. All selected fields are included with their current values.
Tier availability
Export is available on all tiers — Free, Pro, and Premium.
