Business information
Your business details appear on shared links and in PDF documents generated from document templates.

| Company Name | Your company or collection name. |

| Phone | Business phone number. |
| SKU Prefix | A prefix added to auto-generated SKU numbers (e.g., "ART" produces "ART-001"). |
| SKU Separator | The character between the prefix and number (dash, period, slash, or none). |
| Address | Full business address (street, city, state/province, postal code, country) for use in documents. |
Changes are saved manually — a Save button appears when you've made edits, with an option to discard.
Storage locations (Pro+)
Create and manage locations that represent where your items are physically stored. Examples: "Main Showroom", "Storage Unit B", "Home Office".
Each location includes:
- Name (required) — a descriptive label.
- Full address — street, city, state/province, postal code, country (all optional).
- Phone — a contact number for the location (optional).
- Set as default — mark one location as the default for new items.
You can:
- Add new locations.
- Edit existing locations.
- Duplicate a location to create a variation quickly.
- Reorder locations by dragging and dropping.
- Delete locations — only if no items are currently assigned to them.
Each location card shows how many items are stored there. Once created, locations appear as options in the Location field on every item.
Consignment defaults (Premium)
Configure default values for consignment items:
