Promoting a snap to your items

Snaps are quick, no-pressure photos. When you decide a find is a keeper, you promote it to your items — your permanent library of finds worth tracking.

How to promote

Open the snap and choose to add it to your items. Trésora creates an item from it, carrying over the photo and what the AI figured out. From there you can fill in the details that matter to you — status, condition, what you paid, and more.

What happens to the snap

Promoting consumes the snap: it's removed from Snaps as it becomes an item. It's a one-way change, not a copy — there's no leftover snap to manage afterward, and each snap becomes at most one item.
