Sale reports overview

Sale Reports are available on Pro and Premium plans. They give you a data-driven view of your selling activity, pulling from all items you've marked as Sold.

KPI cards

Summary cards at the top of the page show key metrics at a glance:

Metric

Description
Total Revenue Sum of all sold prices.
Total Cost Combined purchase price, restoration costs, and other costs across all sold items.
Total Fees Sum of selling fees and shipping fees.
Net Profit Revenue minus costs and fees.
Profit Margin Net profit as a percentage of revenue.
Items Sold Number of items sold in the selected period.
Avg Sale Price Mean sold price per item.
Avg Margin Mean profit per item.
Loss Count Number of items sold at a loss (profit below zero).

Consignment breakdown

If you have consignment sales in your history, the KPIs automatically split into three sections:

  • Total — combined metrics across all sales.
  • Owned Inventory — revenue, cost, profit, and margin for items you purchased yourself.
  • Consignment — revenue, consignor payout, commission earned, and commission margin for consigned items.

This separation ensures meaningful comparisons without blending owned and consignment math.

Charts

Six interactive charts visualize your sales data. Click any bar or slice to navigate to the matching items in your Catalog.

What It Shows
Revenue Over Time Monthly revenue and profit as side-by-side bars across your selected date range.
By Category Top 10 categories ranked by revenue.
Top Items Your highest-profit sold items as a horizontal bar chart.
Margin Distribution How your items are distributed across margin ranges (loss, 0–25%, 25–50%, 50–100%, 100%+).
By Sale Method Revenue split between In Person and Online sales (donut chart).
By Classification Revenue broken down by item classification.

Filtering reports

Date range

Use date range presets for quick filtering:

  • This Month, Last Month
  • This Quarter, Last Quarter
  • This Year, Last Year
  • All Time
  • Custom (pick start and end dates)

Filter by

Narrow the data further with multi-select filters:

Filter

What It Does
Category View performance for specific categories.
Buyer Filter by customer (from your Customers list).
Sale Method In Person, Online, or both.
Sale Type Owned Inventory, Consignment, or both. Only appears if you have consignment sales.

Active filters can be cleared individually or all at once with a Clear filters button.

Sold items table

Below the charts, a detailed table lists every sold item matching your current filters. Columns include:

  • Title, SKU, Category
  • Type (Owned or Consignment — shown only if consignment sales exist)
  • Purchase Price, Total Cost
  • Sold Price, Selling Fees, Shipping Fees
  • Profit and Margin %
  • Sale Date, Sale Method, Sale Location, Online Channel
  • Payment Method, Tax Collected
  • Buyer (linked to customer record)
  • Consignor Payout (for consignment items)

Click any row to open that item's detail page.


Export

Click Export above the table to download a CSV of all displayed items with full sale details — useful for record-keeping, accounting, or tax preparation.
