Item details: status, condition, and records
Every item can carry as much detail as you want. Here's what you can track.
Status
Where the item stands with you:
- Spotted — something you've seen and want to remember (the default).
- Wishlist — something you're hoping to get.
- Collection — something you own.
There are also optional Sold and Archived statuses you can turn on when you need them. Marking an item sold lets you record the sale.
Condition
Rate a piece from mint or new down through excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, or as-is — however you'd describe it.
Purchase and sale records
Note what you paid and, when you sell, what it sold for and where — in person, eBay, Etsy, or any other channel. Over time this builds a real picture of your collecting.
Storage location
Keep a note of where you keep it — "hall closet, bin 3" — so you can actually find a piece when you want it. That's separate from where you found it.
