Upgrading your plan
How to upgrade
You can upgrade from two places:
- My Account → Subscription — click Change Subscription to open the plan selector.
- Pricing page — accessible from the marketing site or when not logged in.
Select your desired tier and billing period (monthly or annual), then complete payment through the secure checkout. Your upgraded features become available immediately.
Billing is adjusted automatically when you upgrade mid-cycle — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Managing your subscription
From My Account → Subscription, you have two options:

Change Subscription — opens the in-app plan selector to switch between Pro and Premium, or change billing period (monthly/annual).
Manage Billing — opens the billing portal where you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method
- View past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Downgrading or canceling
If you downgrade or cancel, your current tier's features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the lower tier's limits.
Your data is never deleted. However:
- You will not be able to add or edit items if your item count exceeds the new tier's limit.
- Features like sale reports, customer database, item templates, and consignment tools may become inaccessible until you upgrade again.
