Understanding upgrade prompts
What are upgrade prompts?
As you use Trésora, you may encounter prompts encouraging you to upgrade. These appear when you reach a limit of your current tier or try to access a feature not included in your plan.
When they appear
|
Situation |
What you'll see |
|---|---|
| Item limit reached | A prompt when trying to add a new item beyond your tier's maximum. |
| Photo limit reached | A message in the upload area when an item has reached its photo limit. |
| Video limit reached | A message when trying to upload a video beyond your tier's allowance (Free users cannot upload videos). |
| Document template limit reached | A prompt when creating a new document template beyond your tier's limit (Free: 1). |
| Accessing a gated feature | A message when trying to use a feature not included in your plan — such as Customers, Locations, or Item Templates (Pro+), or Consignment and Advanced Category Fields (Premium). |
Over-limit banner
If your resource counts exceed your tier's limits (for example, you downgraded from Pro to Free with more than 50 items), a banner appears at the top of the app showing which resources are over their limit.
Your existing data is preserved — nothing is deleted. However, you won't be able to add or edit items until you upgrade or reduce your count to within your tier's limits. The banner can be dismissed, but will reappear on your next visit if you're still over the limit.
