When an item is marked as Sold, additional sale fields become available:

| Sale Fees | Fees charged by the selling platform or venue. |
| Shipping Fees | Shipping costs. |
| Tax Collected | Sales tax or VAT collected. |
| Payment Method | How the buyer paid (e.g., Credit Card, Cash, Wire Transfer). |
| Buyer | Selected from your Customers list. (Pro+) |
| Sale Notes | Private notes about the transaction. |
