Deleting your account

If you ever want to leave, you can delete your Trésora account and data from right inside the app. It's permanent, so it's worth understanding what happens.

How to delete your account

Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm.

What gets removed

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and your content — snaps, items, saved shops, stops, guides, and lists. This can't be undone, and it's not the same as signing out.

If ending a subscription is what you're after, deleting your account doesn't cancel it — subscriptions are managed through your app store. See Managing your subscription first.
