Android Testing Setup
The Trésora Early Access program for Android users is managed using Firebase App Tester, Google's system for testing apps in development. Follow the instructions below to set up Firebase App Tester and accept your invitation into the Trésora testing program.
Step 1: Sign in with Google to accept the invitation
- On your Android device, open the invitation in your email.

When prompted, sign in with Google and accept the invitation to test Trésora.
Keep the following in mind:
- After opening the invitation, you can sign in with any Google account to accept it, not just the account to which the invitation was originally sent.
- Invitations can only be accepted once before becoming invalid.
- A Google account can be associated with any email address, not only addresses with Gmail or Google Workspace domains.
Once you accept the invitation, you're given access to install the Trésora beta. You'll also receive build notification emails when we distribute a new build and have included you as a tester.
Step 2: (Optional, recommended) Download Firebase App Tester
Download the Firebase App Tester app, which lets you install and access all your test apps in one place. You can download Firebase App Tester from the in-browser prompt that appears after you accept the invitation, or by navigating to appdistribution.firebase.google.com on your Android device.
If this is your first time installing Firebase App Tester, you'll need to sign in with the same Google account you used to accept the invitation.
Step 3: Download the build in Firebase App Tester
In Firebase App Tester, select Trésora and tap Download. Apps you install through Firebase App Tester are automatically added to your device's home screen.
Downloading AAB releases
To download an Android App Bundle (AAB) release, complete the following one-time steps on your device:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu > Settings.
- In the About section, tap the Play Store version seven times.
- When the setting appears, tap the Internal app sharing switch to turn it on.
